By making a purchase with Bejewelled Bridal, the customer agrees that he/she understands and is accepting the following Terms and Conditions.

GENERAL

A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking.  Credit card or cash security deposit is required with each rental package.  The security deposit is returned upon Bejewelled Bridal receiving the bouquets back in the same condition they were received in.  If a bouquet is not returned the full security deposit will be forfeited.

RENTAL PERIOD

All rental items are rented for a period of four days, beginning two days before the scheduled event date and ending one day after the event date. The customer agrees to return all rental items within this time period to Bejewelled Bridal. The customer  further agrees that the rented property shall [1] not be used beyond the intended capacity; [2] not be used in any manner for which it was not designed or designated; [3] not be used near an open flame; [4] not be used in a negligent manner.


RETURN OF PROPERTY TO BEJEWELLED BRIDAL

The customer hereby agrees to return the rented property and all original packaging materials to Bejewelled Bridal. The property must be returned to Bejewelled Bridal one day after the event date (return date). If this day falls on a Sunday or Public Holiday, return on the following day. A $20 late fee will be charged per day, if not returned by the date/time agreed to herein. A $50 fee will be charged for each packaging box not returned.
 

CANCELLATION / ORDER CHANGE POLICY

Bejewelled Bridal requires a 90 day notice on cancellations in order to have the deposit refunded. Orders cancelled less than 90 days before the rental date will forfeit the 50% deposit. Cancellations must be submitted via email to leeann@bejewelledbridal.com.au

Changes to an order can be made up to 60 days before your rental date. Submit change order requests via email to leeann@bejewelledbridal.com.au
